Cramps

Hi all! I got a BFP yesterday morning (very faint). My AF isn't due until Tuesday. I rarely get cramps and all day yesterday and today I have been having cramps. To me they are pretty moderate because I rarely get them but I'm sure they are nothing compared to an average cramping woman :) I had a chemical pregnancy last year which caused me cramping. I have a blood test scheduled for next week but am wondering if anyone else got cramping and went on to a healthy 9 month pregnancy? Or should I be somewhat expecting the worst?
