What does this mean

There’s this guy that I am literally in love with and idk we don’t talk the most although we like always text, and in class he stares at me...like really stares at me. If I look back at him and we have eye contact he keeps staring...what does this mean. He usually talks to these other two girls I’m great friends with. But he never stares at them or texts them (I checked there phone lmao 😂) sorry I know I’m being super nosey but I couldn’t help myself. Also any ways I can flirt without others noticing, or like being subtle about it?
