Period missing?

Usually have my period at the same time each month. I got off of birth control this summer and proceeded to have my period at the same time as usual. I was supposed to get my period the 17th of this month and now it's already the 22nd and I haven't had my period nor signs that my period is coming? What's going on! (Haven't had sex either) so definitely not pregnant.
