Less movement at 30 weeks?
So I'm 30w2d and my daughter hasn't moved a whole lot today. Usually she has very strong movements, but today they've been less frequent and very soft, I can barely feel it when she does move. I've also had some tightening of the stomach and an achy feeling in my lower back on and off today. Should I be concerned?
This is my first pregnancy, so I'm kind of not sure what's normal and what's not. My OBs office is closed until the morning.
