Extreme fatigue

The last few days I have had some allergies like itchy nose and watery eyes and like a little bit of a dull headache. Today I just feel EXTREMELY FATIGUED. I’ve eaten quite good and have drank a ton of water. I haven’t done anything today but go and get my morning decaf coffee. I still have a dull headache and just want to lay down and shut my eyes. Not even necessarily fall asleep. I just feel like I was out in the 108 degree heat for a week and I’m just getting inside? Anyone else?
