Small progress is still progress
So I got my photos from the Spartan race that I did on Sunday and compared them to my photos from my first Spartan race last year and I have to say that I am so proud of myself!
Sure it hasn’t been a straight line of progress and it has been slow progress but it has been progress nonetheless!
I can’t wait to see what else I can do!
