Someone help?? Prenatal causing problems??

I was taking vita fusion gummies since finding out I was pregnant, but now at 28 weeks I hate the taste. I decided to switch to these target brand prenatals. A few days after switching I started having diarrhea. I’ve had it for the past 4 days. When looking up the ingredients it says this target version contains a laxative. Is it possible I’m having diarrhea bc my other prenatal didn’t have a laxative and now this one does?

Of course I’m freaked out that I have a virus or listeria. But thinking maybe this could be it?

I plan to call the dr Thursday if the diarrhea doesn’t end.
