*TMI Photo* Should I be worried?

I’m just shy of 31 weeks pregnant, last Wednesday I went into labor. I started gushing blood which they said they were sure came from my cervix. I was 1 cm dilated, but thick, and started having really bad contractions. They gave me steroids for the baby, and put me on IV with magnesium to stop my contractions which worked. Now every since then I’ve been having this discharge badly. I plan to ask my OB but I just want a little in sight. I’m also RH neg blood type but received my shot at 29 weeks.
