Texas recently put into place a bill that will raise the minimum age to buy tobacco products from 18 to 21 that will go into effect September 1, 2019. The bill is mainly in response to e-cigarette use among minors. Do you agree with the bill and if you live in another state, do you hope to see something similar done in your state?

Personally, I don’t see this bill doing much to combat e-cigarette use as you can pretty much buy a whole mod and any e-liquid you want online without any age verification. I’m 18 so as of now I am of legal age to buy these things, and I’ve always gotten my e-liquids online and primarily use CBD infused liquids for my anxiety. However, I personally am not a fan of traditional tobacco containing products so I don’t really have any issue with the bill but curious how others feel about it.
