Baby only fussy with dad, any advice?

My 7 week old seems to hate being left with daddy. I work in the afternoons and so my husband takes care of him for a few hours like 4-8 and the whole time they’re together my baby is just crying and screaming non stop. I left a list of things to do in Case he gets fussy but nothing seems to work or it’ll work for about 10-20 minutes and then he starts crying again. My sister in law and mother baby sit him when we’re both working and he does just fine with them! Any reason why he’s like this with my husband?

My baby was like this. She did great with my mom, but horrible with my husband. He had to just learn on his own how to soothe her and become more comfortable with her. It takes time! It’ll get better, just keep encouraging him! Try not to step in if you’re around and he’s trying to soothe her, let him at least try. I know it’s hard 😅

Ohhhhhh that was my baby. He was too nervous. He was way to tense. He would hold her but it didn’t look comfortable and he would always ask is this okay? Am I doing it right? With a worried face so I say it was him and she just didn’t like how he felt

Babies can sense fear and tension. Is hubby 100% comfortable with baby? 
Plus, men just don’t have comfy boobs! Haha
