Worst cramps of my life

I’ve been having cramps mixed with contractions for a few days now. I haven’t had cramps like this in 10 years and back then my legs would go numb (due to PCOS and cysts). Talked to my dr yesterday and she told me what to look for, and of course said I could go in to L&D if I wanted reassurance.

I see my dr tomorrow so I’m just trying to wait It out. Back pain started this morning but my water hasn’t broken, no bloody show, nothing else. Is anyone else having this? I don’t remember this with my first pregnancy 3 years ago
