My vaginal health?

Hey y'all, I've been having an issue with my vag. I don't wash with soap I only wipe down with wet washcloths, I shower often, when I wash the rest of my body I use hypoallergenic, non scented soap. I don't use any perfume down there, I sleep commando and I try to let her breathe. I try my hardest to take good care of my vag. I've had my IUD since March 2019, I had my period for two months straight and it stopped. I still get my period (a lot more regularly now) and when I'm not on my period I get discharge... like A LOT. Sometimes it honestly feels like I've peed my pants, sometimes it comes out mucus-like, completely clear. Sometimes it smells sometimes it doesn't. Lately my vagina in general has been smelling more potent. Not bad, but not good??? Idk how to explain. I am sexually active and don't use condoms because I have an IUD. Maybe I'm just overthinking?
