Back labor !!???

So I was giving steroid shots to mature the baby lungs @36weeks they are taking precautions cause they think I’ll deliver early due to a IUGR. But after receiving the shots I’m no longer having contractions as much but that can be cause I up my water intake over the pass couple of days but I developed pulsating throbbing back pain n increase baby move throughout the day but it also gives me headaches during the pain , I’m scheduled to be induce on June 18 @37 weeks ... should I be worry or is it anybody experiencing this ?
