Period after pregnancy
Ladies, I’m 6 months post birth from my daughter. I’m still breastfeeding and taking non-hormonal birth control (so I can continue to breastfeed). I haven’t had an actual period. I cramp, get back cramps, and have spotted here and there.
Is this normal?
