Severe cramps after tubiligation

I got my tubes tied partially 3 years ago. We plan to leave them tied for another 4 years due to finances and school. I have had SEVERE hot flashes and cramps since the procedure. My local clinic doctor says it’s normal and that ibuprofen 800mg would help. IT HAS NOT and I really am READY to strangle her. I have a 7 year old and a 3 year old. During this particular week I want PAIN RELIEF not INFLAMMATION RELIEF!! I can tell the difference!! Any suggestions on who to see about this when my GYNO won’t take this seriously??
