Bloody show?!

So I went to my weekly visit earlier today and my doctor checked my cervix. I’m 36w1d and I’m 80% effaced and 1 cm dilated. Throughout the rest of the day , I was fine. I went to take an evening shower and noticed that I was bleeding . So when I got out , I sat on the toilet and wiped and it was light brownish blood. Not a lot but definitely spotting . Could this be my “bloody-show”?! I’m not in any pain. Could it just be from my exam earlier and things being shifted ?! My doctor did say I’ve dropped and that the baby’s head is low . Advice or thoughts please ! 🤪
