I am getting lopsided so trying to power pump so I don't have one giant boob and one lacking but don't want to keep trying if it doesn't work.

I had a major slacker boob. 
my first time nursing, it actually stopped producing because I was 19,  no information on what to do if this happens. now I'm 27, and doing everything in my power to keep it from happening again! needless to say, it's not really a slacker anymore!! 
now this is my secret: Hakaa. 
nurse more frequently on the slacker. when you're not nursing on the slacker, you need to constantly use the Haakaa to make sure the slacker is being emptied. 
I used to not be able to pump anything from the slacker, but now I get a lot!

How are you ladies power pumping?  I read you pump for 20 min, don’t pump for 10min, then pump for 10 min., and then repeat 2 more times. Do it one hr a day for a week. Is this correct?

Sucks doing it but I have done it once and got a 1 oz increase 2 days later from my slacker boob.

I power pumped 2 days in a row to get my supply back up after going to work and I get an extra 1-2 oz per pump now. It sucks doing it tho!
