What is happening?! Help ladies

Hello ladies!!! So my period is very sporadic. I haven’t had my period in about 2.5 months but that isn’t anything new for me. When I do have my period it’s usually heavy and lasts about 4 days. Well the last 4 days I have been spotting VERY light. The picture shown is the heaviest/darkest it’s been. No need to use tampons or anything. Its only when I wipe.

Has anyone spotted instead of having their actual period? I don’t want to take a pregnancy test and see a negative.

The last time I had unprotected sex with my fiancé was 5/18.
