Worth going back to hospital?

31 weeks today!

My husband and I had rough sex two nights ago, and I felt a few small gushes after he finished (no condom) and I'm sure it was just his ejaculation but felt I should add as it went downhill from there. Next morning (yesterday) I woke up with pretty severe cramping that lasted all day so I went to the maternity unit in the hospital. They said my water didn't break and there were no contractions besides Braxton Hicks so they sent me home. The cramping went away almost entirely until this morning. My two year old woke me up by jumping on my bed and I've had cramping constantly since (that was about 11 AM, its 1:18 PM now) the cramping started in my lower back but is now going around the front as well. But its constant, not coming and going. Is it worth it to find someone to watch my toddler and head back to the hospital? My pain tolerance is low but I didnt need any medication for my first besides laughing gas... this constant pain is making me "oh" every little bit.

Sorry if this is confusing, in pain and trying to care for my two year old at the same time as writing this.
