What’s this look like to you?

So I noticed my one year old is super fussy and when I picked him up he has these red bumps all over his scalp, face, back, neck, belly. They aren’t raised and he isn’t itching at them. I haven’t changed anything, soaps, detergents, foods, nothing. I gave him a cool bath and put some eczema lotion but they’re still there. We don’t have an urgent care and I don’t believe this is an ER situation, but just wondering what everyone on here thought cause I can’t take him in to see the doctor until tomorrow
