Can u do natural birth in a hospital?

Can you have a baby at a hospital and request to have no epidural? As long as everything is going as it should.. 
no epidural, no pain medication.. just a natural birth. Do they let people do that?

Yes you absolutely can. My hospital encourages all birthing styles and had many natural methods to help you through labor (birthing balls, squat bars, tubs, etc.)

If you need a C-section then of course you will require pain meds. Otherwise it's up to you.
