Who do I sign fathers day card from?

I'm drawing a blank its Father's Day on Sunday and I'm currently pregnant I'll be 30 weeks on fathers day and I have no who to sign the fathers day card from for my dad HELP?

Whatever makes more sense to you. I just signed from myself but the card is from a daughter so if I signed my fiancé’s name it wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense since the card isn’t even from his perspective. If I had bought a card “from us” I would’ve signed just from me and him.
