How to comfort someone who had a miscarriage? 🙁

I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant. My sister in law is 40 weeks and started having contractions yesterday. Her little sister, who was around 12 weeks pregnant, went to the hospital after bleeding and lost her baby last night. She’s very young (16) and devastated.

With her older sister giving birth any second, our whole family is going to be celebrating. I know nothing is going to make it better, but should I get her a card or something? I don’t want her grief to go unnoticed, but I also don’t want to upset her further by my pregnant self showing up. She was hoping for a boy, like I’m having, and we were all excited about our babies growing up together 🙁💔
