I need some help!

I need some advice

The past couple days I’ve been getting dizzy spells and heart palpitations and my ears have been popping or doing something weird I can’t explain. I went to the dr and my blood pressure is a little elevated for my normal but still in range and there’s no protein in my urine (I got this taken at my mother in laws office not my dr office) also my ears are apparently clear so I called my dr office and they keep acting like they don’t care and dismissing it but I can’t even walk up the stairs without having to sit down (I have a 2 year old so this is very inconvenient)

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I don’t know what I should do. My dr office won’t even give me advice on how to stop the dizziness. I also get a headache a couple times a day now
