Pooping
I have been committed to a lifestyle change for the past 2 weeks. Working out regularly, eating way better (nothing processed, limited sweets) tons of fruits and veggies, 60-90 oz. Of water per day.
I feel great but I cant stop pooping! Literally like 4-5 times a day. Is this normal? Before, I ate all kinds of junk, didnt work out, and was probably dehydrated. I pooped once a day.
