June 13 2019
I went in for a checkup with my OB and I had very little fluid and was leaking but my water didn’t break. He said I needed to be induced and sent me to the hospital. I got to my hospital at around 5 pm and started pitocin at around 7 pm. It was starting to get painful and my nurse pushed me to get epidural and I’m so glad I listened to her. I dilated to 2 cm at around 1:30 am and then to 3.5 cm today June 14 at 12:30 pm. I hope I get to deliver vaginally I don’t want a c section but as long as my baby girl comes out healthy and the safest way possible I will be happy. C’mon Emily mommy is ready for you ❤️
Update :
3.5cm at 3:26 pm and epidural is kind of wearing off on one side 😅 I’m also super hungry 😖
Update !
We kept increasing pitocin until about 6:30 pm my OB checked dilation and no change. My daughter went from the bottom abdomen to my upper abdomen and had no more fluid inside. My OB recommended a c section and also added that she’s probably a 8-9 pound baby because of how big she felt. I agreed to the c section and well for me the c section was pretty scary I’ll probably write another post about it. My daughter was born on June 14,2019 weighing 6 lbs 4 oz. Emily Breanne Ramirez Hernandez welcome to the world mamash ❤️
