Tanish/light brown colored discharge. Please help!

I am 5 weeks and Yesterday and just now I have had tan colored discharge in the evenings after I’ve been up all day. Yesterday there was the smallest bit on a panty liner and just now I had it but only when I wiped (sorry tmi), nothing on a panty liner. Has anyone had this and been ok? I have no cramping or anything and my tests are getting darker. I just need some reassurance please.
