Breast Milk Production

Does anyone have any advice on how to produce more breast milk? I exclusively breastfed in the hospital but my daughter had a really hard time latching. We both just get so frustrated! She ended up losing too much weight her first week home so they told me to supplement with formula & now I think the instant gratification from the bottle has ruined my ability to get her to latch at all. I really don’t want to give her just formula so I’ve been pumping & feeding her the breast milk through a bottle but I am only producing about an ounce every two hours (half an ounce each side). I don’t know what to do 😭. I thought part of the problem was all the swelling/fluid retention I had which has been getting better since I was hospitalized for postpartum preeclampsia but we are now one week out of the hospital, my daughter is 2 weeks old & I still have hardly any milk. I’ll try anything!!!
