How would you feel? :/ (long post)

Recently my bf has been verbally abusive towards me calling me out my name all the time always yelling fighting never happy and I told him yesterday that I needed to talk to him so I could bring up the things he saying because they’re rubbing off on me and it’s not OK and then he sent these messages how would you reply to this which half the stuff he saying isn’t even true

What am I supposed to do?

I’ve caught him talking to girls and even though he’s never chilled with them or even seen them in person he still did and then he turns it around on me “because I’m doing something to make him do that and he’s trying to teach me a lesson” like I’m not a bad person he always makes me out to be one in him verbally abusing is rubbing off on me to the point that I’m believing it and people in my life for noticing it and asking me why am being this way to myself for saying things about myself and it’s scaring me because I don’t know what to do or how to address it
