Bleeding at 11weeks

I have a fairly easy pregnancy yet. Some nausea around week 7-9 and I felt tired all the time. This afternoon I started bleeding, and I am worried... Anyone else experiencing bleeding? It's not very intense, but I am still worried. Is this parenthood?? 😟
