Haven't felt pregnant

It's starting to get to me. Only symptoms I've had are massive headaches that were actually from a tooth that I just had pulled yesterday and super intense cramps at night. I thought originally, from my bleeding for two weeks, that it was a miscarriage. Blood tests confirmed otherwise. My first appointment is finally around the corner, the 19th. I've felt the whole time that something isn't right. Thought maybe I was having twins cause of the intense cramps but lack of every other symptom. Am I the only one?
