Vacation Tips with Baby 🤞🏻😬🏕🏖

In a few weeks, my husband and I (along with our 8 month old) are headed to Virginia Beach for a 5-day camping vacation with his side of the family.

Preparing for this trip with a baby has me feeling like...

We will be staying in a rental camper, because I was not agreeing to my MIL’s idea of everyone tent camping. I’m more of a “glamper” especially in the heat of summer with a baby.

We will be driving out there from Ohio, which ends up being about 10 hours and are planning to break that commute into 2 days.

Does anyone have tips for longgg road trips with a baby??

Also, does anyone have tips for managing vacay with a baby? My husband’s family thinks I “live and die” by my baby’s routine/schedule so I am going to try to be more go-with-the-flow. However I’m a little worried about managing naps when we’re out & about, and making sure he goes to bed at a decent time. How did it work for you?? Any help would be awesome!

Lastly, we’ll be on the beach a lot. Any beach must-haves??
