Bump in the morning..

So I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this so early on.. in the morning before peeing (so very full bladder) I can feel my uterus and a bump! It's definitely my uterus as it's hard below my belly button. This is my second pregnancy and I remember experiencing the exact same thing (bump could be lopsided if I laid on one side in the night), but I felt that more like 12+ if not more. I'm only 8+5!!! Anyone else??? Feeling a bit apprehensive as I've not had a scan or anything yet.
