Already showing....

2nd pregnancy and 6 weeks along and already really showing.... my pants are uncomfortable or Dont button already. With my first I didn’t show till around 10-12 weeks.... is it normal to show early with the second faster? Someone asked me yesterday if I was sure I wasn’t having twins and I’m so worried now 😭
