Cramping? Or Braxton Hicks

I’ve been cramping since i found out i was pregnant, i told my doctor and of course i expect the pain because their two babies lol but is this normal? Are Braxton Hicks contractions the same as cramps?

Braxton Hicks shouldn't hurt. They just make your belly feel tight. Cramping in pregnancy is pretty normal. I constantly feel like I'm getting my period lol.

I had more cramping in the beginning as well. I also had a point around 17 weeks (I think?) where I couldn’t walk down the driveway without getting contractions. But it only lasted a week or two and then I haven’t experienced it again. I’ll still occasionally get some tightness, but it’s been pretty calm so far and I’m 29 weeks now.
