Can’t win with fasting numbers!
I had to start testing last week and it’s only my fasting numbers I struggle to keep under 5.0!
I posted in this group and everyone suggested going for a walk after dinner and having a glass of milk and piece of toast with peanut butter on it. And test as soon as I wake up. I did that last night and my levels are 6.3! Usually they are 5.3-5.5! 😓
I really want to try get this under control before my appointment. If anyone has any tips that would be great?
