What’s your meal plan?
I’m almost 2 weeks into this GD journey and wondering what everyone’s daily meal plan is so I can compare and maybe get some ideas.
Mine at the moment is...
Breakfast: wholemeal toast with avocado and egg
Morning snack: protein bar (10g carbs)
Lunch: toasted wholemeal sandwich with ham, cheese, tomato, avocado and pesto
Afternoon snack: pack of popcorn (8g carbs) with some walnuts
Dinner changes every night
Dessert: 2 pieces Lindt dark chocolate and a cup of tea (no sugar)
I’m still working out what works for me. Also open to any advice and thoughts on my current plan!
