Surprise at the dr

Has anyone having a hard time trying to get pregnant gone to the dr to talk about getting help and ended up being pregnant already?! I go in tomorrow morning to talk to my OB again about seriously getting some help conceiving our next. I’m currently in my two week wait so I’m really hoping I end up being pregnant. I’ve had some weird signs but who knows anymore could be all in my head. I was craving onion...raw red onion today soo bad. I had a giant slice on my burger but could have totally bit into a whole one like and apple. Super moody and irritable and tender boobs.
