Relationship Advice?

STAY WITH ME, THERE IS A BIT HERE I NEED HELP WITH.

I know this guy who for the past 8 months has had weird chemistry between me and him, that all of my friends and his friends have noticed.

First of all, I am a shy person (I’m 18 and have never had a boyfriend because I am too shy to talk, lol) and he is also super shy and sweet

After one drunken evening, we talked and talked and it became very obvious that he has a crush on me - this evening wasnt the only signals months before I suspected it.

He had texted me before and we have had sweet convos him telling me that he wishes I was with him while out and saying once I leave the party it becomes boring. 🥰

I left the night thinking we had a chance together but after no texts for a month I thought it was in my head. I forgot about it.

But then we went to another party together and he was clearly flirting with me and this time all his friends were clearly asking me how I felt about him.

I have always been interested cause he is sweet and it’s been another month and nothing but me texting him first.

Do I tell him I like him and if he doesn’t saying anything back move on? But I feel like we don’t know each other well enough

How do I even make a move???
