When does Braxton Hicks starts

I only had very very bad pain around 14 weeks after that no more pain or cramps I’m now 2 days away from 28 weeks I’m surprise but maybe the baby was turning head down around that time because as of last week the tech told me she was head down and very close to 3 pounds so I am very happy 30 weeks is around the corner so I’m just waiting on these Braxton’s hicks because I believe I can handle them with sleep 🤣🤣🤣

BH don’t hurt, they’re just a muscle contraction. Your whole stomach will get hard like a basketball. I started getting them around 36w.

Mine started about 28 weeks I think. But they didn’t hurt at all. I haven’t gotten any in a while. I’m 34 weeks now. But I slept through them too. I’ve heard a lot of people say they hurt or were really uncomfortable but mine just felt a little weird. And I could really just ignore them 🤷🏼‍♀️
