What could it be ?

My Dr has done labs and cultures so I'm not sure what this could be I have some small bumps on my labia that are yellowish/skin colored they don't really bother me they can become irritated if something rubs against them for a long time other than that I have no other issues they've been there for a while and haven't left or anything could they just be Fordyce spots ? I have an appointment July 11 and plan on talking to her about them.
