Is this diarrhea TMI

Baby is 13 weeks old (8 weeks adjusted age) she is exclusively breastfed but has started eating less and drooling and pooping more for about a week now. I think it’s too early for teething and I’m not sure what’s going on.. her diapers have still been at least 6 a day but she’s not gaining. She’s maintained a weight of 8 pounds and 14 ounces for a few days now. Is this diarrhea???
