It’s a blood test to look for antibodies in your blood that would attack the baby’s red blood cells ?? I am RH negative so I have it.  I get a shot because of it during pregnancy.  They will do the blood test 3 times.  A quick google search can give you a better answer , but it’s nothing to be worried about :)
