Too hard ?

Hey everyone so today I was with my guy ( this was our first time together) and he wanted to try to rub my g spot and all that stuff and maybe went a bit too hard and fast with his fingers but I was well lubricated and he used some toys as well. Fast forward a couple hours and it was fun in the moment but now my vagina is sore and outside even my lips are sore and I can't fully empty my bladder right now . What is wrong?
