Im 19 years old and have started at a new job where I have to be at work by 5am some days. Every single time I come to work that early I have had insane diarrhea by 6:30 or 7. I’ve tried it where I haven’t been eating, and when I do eat. I don’t know what’s wrong with me! It’s really affecting my job and my work performance because I have to skip out and hang out in the restroom for 15 minutes.

If I don’t work early, and I wake up earlier, nothings wrong and I don’t have diarrhea
