Baby Constantly Crying

I have a 4 week old. She had done great sleeping until about two days ago. She is on a strict schedule where she eats, plays for about 30 to 45 minutes and then, I swaddled her and lay her in her crib for a 2 hour nap. She was doing this so well, but now, she won’t go to sleep for nap unless I’m holding her. She uses a paci and is calm when she has it but she continuously spits it out and then it wakes her up and she cries for it. She will sleep for about 20 minutes and then fusses and cries until the next feeding. Any advice will be helpful.
