AF was due today but didn’t arrive.
BFN this morning but having cramps and sore/tender breasts. I’m still confused on how to read my BBT chart. Help!

It's going up which is really good. Usually mine starts to drop before AF arrives. Today has an open circle which indicates you recorded your temp at a different time than usual. Did you take your temp at the same time as the other days?  That could impact your chart.
