DO I HAVE A YEAST INFECTION?? HELP!

I went camping about a month ago and I had gotten a lot of bug bites on my body. When I was on my way back home my vagina was very itchy and uncomfortable so when I was home I checked and it looked like two bug bites. Well it has not stopped, the itchiness is getting worse and there are no signs of “bug bites”. I sat incident of a mirror with my legs open examining what it was because I can’t stand it anymore. I saw a red lump on the left side. It’s not a bump or rash it’s basically a soft red lump. Does not look like a bug bite. I also have almost no discharge all of a sudden ??? I’ll try and post a picture so that it’s easy to see. I also have dry spots around between my vagina and anus that are flaking. I’ve never had this before? I put some anti itch cream on it and it’s mellowed down now, but I need to know if this is an infection? I have no had sex in like 2 months or more, because my boyfriend and I can’t see eachother that much so it’s not an STD. I don’t want to go to the doctor unless it’s serious, so if anyone has any at home remedies please share. Thank you!
