I met my husband in a bar when I was 22. I was out to celebrate a friends birthday, but the friend bailed, and I met him instead. We have been together for 9 years now, and have been married for 2. Knowing that he was the one came in stages. The first year, it just felt so fun and easy to be with him, and I felt so safe and respected in our relationship. I thought he might be the one, but we had never really had to struggle. Later on, we both faced challenges in our careers and families, and we learned how much we can support each other when times are hard.

I met my husband when I was just a girl threw mutual friends when didn’t get together until I was 21 and like I just felt that he had everything I could ever want in a man. We married this year and he is certainly my soul mate! It’s a passionate feeling about him! You know when you know is the saying and boy are people right!

Known my man for like 10 years as friends, then one day 4 years ago, we were both single, we were really close friends and looking back I don’t know how I didn’t see that he loved me back then :( well I was in a terrible place mentally, emotionally even physically. I hated myself for a long long time, and only when I had a baby of my own did I start to realise my own worth and I suddenly was proud of myself, proud to be a woman, a mother. Only when I learnt to love myself did I let myself be happy with the one guy who truly used to make my days better back when we were just friends. Then as I say, ⏭ to 4 years ago, we were both single and got talking, it was like no time at all has passed (except we had both grown up, gotten tattoo, he’d grown a beard and looked different in a way and - was he always this hot? I always loved his blue eyes and we share the same humour. I was lucky enough too that he is the best lover I’ve ever had. Could be all the years he waited for me (he’s constantly reminding me how in love he’s always been 😍) (not in a stalker way 😂) but he takes time to satisfy my needs, his love really shows in everything he does. Even before we slept together i knew he’d be perfect, you seen ‘Mermaids’ (it’s in his kiss!) 4 years in and still kisses the same, the spark is still there and even better, we were friends already, knew each other already! If you’re in a room full of people, and you only want them, That’s how you know 😍

The one isn't a real thing. We can have many loves in our lives some shirt some long but they are all ones to cherish. I love the person I'm with and I don't want anyone else but that doesn't dismiss the other loves I've had.
