Subchorionic Bleed?

Had to go to the emergency room a couple of days ago for the constant morning sickness and they discovered a subchorionic bleed on our little spout. Doctor said it could have been caused by a lot of thing like dry heaving but because I didn't have any spotting we should heal up naturally within a week of not throwing up anymore. Even so, at only 7weeks it has me anxious as hell for my first official OB appointment.

Sprouts stats are healthy, strong 176bpm and measurements estimates about 6w5d.
